diy modular wall shelf / desk

Today on Modern Builds, I'm building an adjustable, floating wall shelf with built in media storage and a desk! everything is built from a single 2"x6" and a sheet of 3/4" pine plywood. If you're not interested in using metal for the brackets, 1/2" plywood would work fine, it would just look a bit more bulky.

Materials and Supplies:

1 - 2x6

1 Sheet 3/4" Plywood

12 Gauge Cold Rolled Steel for Brackets. "Or you could use 1/2" plywood"
