On today’s episode of Modern Builds ‘i’m doing a projects that’s been on the list for over a decade…. at least on my dad’s project list for that long. Father’s day is on its way and I partnered with ‘LG to turn my parent’s attic space into a proper home theater / cinema room.

I’m no expert and this isn’t a tutorial… thank of it more as an HGTV style show you can actually learn from.
